Program synopsis
What you're actually getting
BLEU Sanctuary is a structured wellness immersion — not a spa weekend. Every element is built around the specific, racialized exhaustion of being Black in corporate America. The program runs on the Bleu is Resting curriculum, delivered by approved facilitators who hold the room with cultural competency and lived understanding.
Intake & Grounding
Check-in, welcome dinner, and a facilitated opening circle. No agenda. No performing. Just arrival.
Name It
Facilitated session on racial battle fatigue, code-switching costs, and naming what you've been carrying. Movement and somatic work in the afternoon.
Rest as Resistance
A full day structured around radical rest — sleep-in, body work, unstructured time, and an optional writing session.
Reclaim & Root
Group immersion on identity outside of work. Joy, creativity, and community. For longer packages, this deepens across multiple days.
