By accessing BleuRetreats or registering for any retreat package, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. These terms govern your relationship with AvaBleu House HQ and its BleuRetreats program ("BleuRetreats," "we," "our").

BleuRetreats is a division of AvaBleu House HQ operating under the "Bleu is Resting" program. All retreat programming is wellness-focused and does not constitute medical, psychiatric, or clinical treatment.

BLEU Sanctuary (Track A) is designed for and limited to Black women. BLEU Restore (Track B) is open to all women. By registering, you represent that you meet the eligibility criteria for the track you have selected.

Retreat programming is not appropriate for individuals in acute psychiatric crisis. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline (call or text 988) or your nearest emergency services.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your retreat start date. Failure to remit the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking without refund of the deposit.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. BleuRetreats does not store your payment card information.

BleuRetreats programming is facilitated wellness support. It is not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment. Facilitators are vetted wellness professionals, not licensed therapists or physicians.

By registering, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and that BleuRetreats is not liable for any physical, emotional, or psychological outcomes arising from retreat participation.

All guests are expected to engage with the space and each other with respect, care, and cultural humility. BleuRetreats reserves the right to remove any guest who violates community standards, without refund.

All program curriculum, brand materials, retreat frameworks, and content are the proprietary intellectual property of AvaBleu House HQ and AvaBleuDesign © 2026. No reproduction, redistribution, or derivative use is permitted without written consent.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Richmond, Virginia.

Retreat activities may include movement, meditation, breathwork, group discussion, nature excursions, and other wellness practices. You acknowledge that these activities carry inherent physical and emotional risks. You participate voluntarily and are responsible for consulting your physician before participating if you have any medical or mental-health concerns.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release AvaBleu House HQ, BleuRetreats, their facilitators, venue partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation in a retreat, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

We are not liable for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, public-health emergencies, venue closures, government actions, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work in good faith to reschedule affected retreats or offer credit toward a future retreat, and refunds will be governed by the Refund Policy.
